If you are unsure whether an item can be disposed of, please ask before placing it in the skip.
Waste Transfer Notes
Your Waste Transfer Note will be issued when the skip is collected, in accordance with current waste management regulations.
Lost or Stolen Skips.
A charge of £40 will apply if a fabricated skip is lost or stolen whilst in your possession.
There is no charge for reasonable wear and tear or accidental damage to the skip.
How We Collect Fabricated Skips
Fabricated skips are designed for locations where conventional skip lorries cannot easily gain access.
In most cases, our team will manually move (handball) the skip to our collection vehicle.
For health and safety reasons:
Please do not assist our staff with moving the skip, as you will not be covered by our insurance.
Our team will inspect the contents before collection to ensure no prohibited waste has been included. This helps prevent delays, additional charges and potential environmental fines.
Loading the Skip
Please ensure the skip is not overloaded. All waste must be loaded level with the top edge of the skip.
