How does the quote process work?

• We have online quote forms if you require a rough guide first. No phone number required 
• Please allow us a few hours to work this out.
• We then complete the in-person survey or live video call survey.
• This it to confirm the pricing and plan your move properly.

Is there a deposit?

The deposit is paid in 2 halves. The total deposit is 25%

Some of it, is at time of signing your credit agreement. The other part is collected after you have been accepted and have a moving date.

Is there a credit check?

Yes, Our chosen finance provider will carry out there normal checks before proceeding. 

Top tip! Spreading over the full 12 months reduces the monthly payment. This can help with affordability.

How long does it take to accept me for finance?

It is normally instant.
